Papercut is the latest WooThemes masterpiece that has just been launched. It’s a grungy, illustrative, paper-stained design, with an underlying pixel perfect grid structure.
The home page effectively displays a whole heap of content without looking too crowded, whilst the sidebar can be completely shuffled around as it is entirely widget based.
We’ve listened to our users and studied the forum threads and eliminated any reliance on third party plugins. All you need to do is upload the theme to your wordpress site and activate it. The few widgets the theme requires are bundled with it and are immediately viewable on your widgets backend page without any activation. The rest of theme can be set on the theme’s custom options panel.
The design was hand crafted by the brilliant Liam McKay, whilst the WooThemes team named it, added a personal flavour to it and sprinkled some wordpress magic on it.
I’m super proud of this theme, and I already have ideas on how I am going to be using it for my wedding site for family and friends.
Have a snoop around the Papercut demo and marvel in how there are no Internet Explorer bugs.
Now picture how long my day was yesterday!
