There have been lots of these I.T. peev stories going around, but this one I found through Digg is spot on the money. I can totally relate to this guy’s frustrations. As can my work colleagues.
Just one of the great examples:
Users who complain about not being able to use a new application, when they “didn’t have time” to attend training or read the documentation you painstakingly prepared.
